The RE20 by Sunon is a high-performance extruded aluminium shutter designed to combine modern aesthetics, thermal comfort, ventilation and certified security. Its innovative slat system allows maximum natural light and airflow while maintaining privacy and solar protection.

Thanks to its semi-open design, the RE20 offers one of the highest levels of outward visibility on the market while preventing direct sunlight penetration from angles above 22°. This helps reduce glare, improve indoor comfort and decrease solar heat gain by up to 67%.

Manufactured from high-strength extruded aluminium, the RE20 features reinforced profiles that provide excellent structural stability and outstanding resistance against wind and forced entry attempts. It is certified to RC3 security standards and tested to withstand hurricane-force winds up to Beaufort force 11.

In addition to its security function, the RE20 also acts as an efficient thermal and acoustic barrier. During summer, its design enhances natural cooling through the Venturi effect, while in winter it helps retain indoor heat, contributing to lower energy consumption.
